BERRYLICIOUS BREAKY SMOOTHIE

It’s rich, creamy and delicious (if the name doesn’t say it all). The perfect breaky if you’re on the go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

  • 1-2 cups of almond milk (depending on the speed of your blender)

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds

Method:

  1. Chuck everything in a blender and blitz until thick and creamy, if it’s still chunky or your blender is struggling, add in more liquid.

  2. Serve with extra PB up the sides of your jar and a sprinkle of muesli on top, if you want to feel a little more boujee.
